<div class="content-intro">Are you ready to make an impact?</div>West Monroe is currently seeking a Senior Consultant focused on Supply Chain to join our Mergers and Acquisitions practice within our Consumer & Industrial Products Value Creation Group. This role supports client engagements across supply chain and technology assessments, cost-to-serve analysis, and supply chain and operations strategy development. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality workstreams while contributing to business development and practice initiatives. <h2 data-section-id="xm5cuc" data-start="776" data-end="798">What you’ll do:</h2> <h3 data-section-id="qduver" data-start="800" data-end="823">Client Delivery</h3> <ul data-start="824" data-end="1528"> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="1memi4n" data-start="962" data-end="1099">Develop analyses, models, and insights to support supply chain strategy, operations improvement, and transaction-related engagements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="1a0biu8" data-start="1100" data-end="1217">Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables through effective quality assurance (QA) and attention to detail.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="qotttr" data-start="1218" data-end="1311">Identify, communicate, and help mitigate risks, issues, and potential project challenges.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="15kouxu" data-start="2452" data-end="2508">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="2zwez8" data-start="2509" data-end="2767">4–6 years of experience in supply chain advisory or related roles, including areas such as supply chain strategy, network & inventory optimization, IBP/S&OP, logistics, sourcing & procurement, production planning, MRP, and/or supply chain technology.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="14jv8o1" data-start="2768" data-end="2804">Consulting experience preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="jinkhl" data-start="2805" data-end="2902">Experience managing workstreams or discrete project components within larger engagements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="jinkhl" data-start="2805" data-end="2902">Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupledwith strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="fj3olt" data-start="2903" data-end="3013">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
