We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data &amp; AI.</em></span></p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are hiring <strong>Transformation Consultants across multiple levels</strong>&nbsp;to drive end-to-end digital transformation outcomes, from problem framing and solution design through delivery and adoption.</p> <p>This role is intentionally cross-functional. You will work across business, experience, delivery, and change, partnering with clients and internal teams to turn complex problems into practical solutions. You will work on programmes where AI plays a critical role in reshaping business models, operating structures, workforce design, governance, and ways of working. You will partner with clients to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable, and responsible outcomes.</p> <p>We operate in a modern delivery model where <strong>AI tools are embedded into how we think, design and deliver, </strong>accelerating insight generation, rapid prototyping, delivery execution, and adoption planning.
