Our inclusive and forward-thinking culture encourages creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3> <p>As a <strong>Consulting Manager</strong>, you will play a crucial role in driving <strong>data and AI transformation projects</strong> for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Defining Data &amp; AI Strategies.</li> <li>Advising C-level executives (COMEX, marketing, digital, supply-chain, operations, IT, etc.) on data-driven strategies.</li> <li>Leading engagements in areas such as Data Strategy, AI Use Cases, Governance &amp; Operating Models, and AI Adoption &amp; Change Management.</li> <li>Translating business challenges into scalable AI and data solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading cross-functional teams of consultants, data analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful projects.</li> <li>Ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.</li> <li>Coaching and developing junior consultants to grow their expertise in data-driven transformation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Driving Business Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strengthening relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.</li> <li>Supporting the expansion of Artefact in Brussels by contributing to client acquisition and market penetration.</li> <li>Crafting compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Delivering High-Impact Projects</strong></p> <ul> <li>Structuring problem-solving approaches for business challenges.</li> <li>Managing the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, from strategy definition to implementation.</li> <li>Ensuring the successful adoption of data and AI solutions by client teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contributing to Thought Leadership &amp; Internal Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Becoming an expert in one or more areas (AI Strategy, Data Governance, AI for Finance, Data Marketing, etc.).</li> <li>Developing and delivering trainings for both internal teams and clients.</li> <li>Representing Artefact at industry events and contributing to thought leadership initiatives (articles, whitepapers, webinars, etc.).</li> <li>Supporting internal initiatives such as recruitment, knowledge management, and innovation.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>&nbsp;4+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with a focus on data, AI, or digital transformation.</li> <li>Strong business acumen, with the ability to link data and AI solutions to measurable business outcomes.</li> <li>Experience in managing teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering collaboration across disciplines.</li> <li>Ability to identify and develop business opportunities through client interactions.</li> <li>Passion for data and AI, with a continuous learning mindset.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong communication skills in English and French or Dutch.</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation aligned with your profile and experience.</li> <li>Hands-on exposure to real client challenges from day one, working alongside experienced strategy and data/AI practitioners.</li> <li>Regular training in both strategy consulting methodologies and AI/data capabilities, combined with international exposure across Artefact's global network.</li> <li>A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture of doers — innovative, fast-moving, and committed to supporting each other's growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong>At Artefact Belgium, we value curiosity, motivation, and potential above all else.
