About the role
Consumer Finance Partnership Coordination
- Follow up with consumer finance application partners on campaign approvals, offer mechanics, implementation requirements, and execution timelines to support campaign readiness.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with financing partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and financing offer availability.
Campaign Setup & Activation
- Prepare campaign trackers and coordinate setup activities with relevant internal teams to support campaign readiness across retail and e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate campaign launch, communication, and promotional materials in line with promotional calendars to ensure accurate customer messaging.
- Monitor campaign implementation across stores and digital channels to verify offer visibility and execution accuracy.
Execution Follow-up & Reporting
- Follow up on execution issues and required updates to support smooth campaign delivery.
- Maintain financing offer records, campaign documentation, and execution updates to ensure operational accuracy.
- Collect campaign feedback and maintain execution records to support reporting and future activations.
- Escalate operational issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders to minimize business and customer impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in marketing
