About the role
- Plan and propose concepts for new and existing game titles, oversee production, and manage budgets
- Develop and manage development schedules and progress
- Review deliverables and ensure quality control
- Manage and supervise external vendors
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster staff development and drive organizational improvement
Requirements
Must-have:
- Proven experience as a Director, with at least 3 years of directing teams of 50 or more members
- Hands-on experience managing a console game project from initiation to release
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in developing AAA-scale game titles
- Direction experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., graphics, programming)
- Experience proposing and promoting workflow improvements
- Direction or development experience in fighting games
- Direction or development experience in action games
- Project management experience
Ideal candidate:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead and unify teams
- Logical thinking and analytical skills for effective problem-solving
- Passionate and proactive, capable of driving team motivation
- Deep love for games and genuine appreciation for SNK’s IPs
- High interest in the latest industry trends

Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)
Holidays & Leave
- Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off)
- National holidays, summer vacation, and year-end/New Year holidays
- Approximately 125 annual holidays
- Paid leave: Up to 12 days granted upon joining (number of days varies depending on the month of hire)
