About the role
Comprehensive Consumer Game Planning
Specifically:
- Design and plan various in-game systems, and create detailed specifications.
- Implement game data.
- Design and adjust level layouts.
- Develop character actions for fighting games.
- Create story concepts and implement narrative elements.
- Plan features related to communication and networking.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 3+ years of experience in game planning at a game development company.
Nice-to-have:
- Development experience in fighting games.
- Development experience in action games.
- Passionate gamer who plays a wide variety of games.
Ideal candidate:
- Loves games in general and has a strong affinity for SNK IPs.
- Self-driven, proactive in understanding the entire project and making suggestions.
- Highly collaborative and able to work well within large teams.

Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)
Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
Holidays & Leave
- Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off)
- National holidays, summer vacation, and year-end/New Year holidays
- Approximately 125 annual holidays
- Paid leave: Up to 12 days granted upon joining (number of days varies depending on the month of hire)
