Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Content Developer to support the development of exhibition stories;
Research exhibition content to identify stories, sources, assets and facts for the exhibition, with a strong emphasis on the use of trusted sources;
Coordinate the exhibition content development process between the client and the team, including taking notes, doing follow-up and ensuring good communications;
Support and track the selection of artifacts and the imagery for the exhibition in collaboration with the client and design team;
Participate in the research of assets for the media and interactive elements; and
Coordinate and follow up on content development throughout the production phase with media producers, graphic designers, translators, writers and other consultants involved.
Education and experience:
University degree or cross-disciplinary study in museology; journalism, communications, education or other similar fields;
Three or more years of work experience in the development of museum exhibitions, educational programs, documentary, journalism or related field;
Or any other combination of education and experience that may be deemed equivalent.
Technical skills
Mastery of the Google or Microsoft suites;
Knowledge of database systems such as AirTable or similar

Well developed research and documentation skills;
Diplomatic with good communication skills;
Determination and enthusiasm;
Ability to work collaboratively and in a team;
Sense of initiative and autonomy;
Strong organizational skills;
Mastery of the Google or Microsoft suites;
Knowledge of database systems such as AirTable or similar;
and Proficiency in English and French.
