Content Creator and Social Media Manager (Contract)

This person will be responsible for developing content, managing social channels, and driving engagement with our growing community.</p> <h3 class="" data-start="922" data-end="948"><strong data-start="926" data-end="946">Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="950" data-end="1672"> <li class="" data-start="950" data-end="1051"> <p class="" data-start="952" data-end="1051">Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Revero’s brand voice and business goals.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1052" data-end="1181"> <p class="" data-start="1054" data-end="1181">Create engaging content (graphics, short-form video, captions) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1182" data-end="1257"> <p class="" data-start="1184" data-end="1257">Manage the content calendar and coordinate scheduling across platforms.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1258" data-end="1338"> <p class="" data-start="1260" data-end="1338">Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on data and insights.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1339" data-end="1445"> <p class="" data-start="1341" data-end="1445">Stay on top of social trends and implement fresh, relevant ideas that drive visibility and engagement.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1446" data-end="1556"> <p class="" data-start="1448" data-end="1556">Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1557" data-end="1672"> <p class="" data-start="1559" data-end="1672">Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to amplify educational, patient success, and company content.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 class="" data-start="1674" data-end="1696"><strong data-start="1678" data-end="1694">Requirements</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1698" data-end="2263"> <li class="" data-start="1698" data-end="1772"> <p class="" data-start="1700" data-end="1772">3+ years experience managing social media for a brand or organization.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1773" data-end="1872"> <p class="" data-start="1775" data-end="1872">Proven track record of creating high-performing content, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and X.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1873" data-end="1956"> <p class="" data-start="1875" data-end="1956">Strong writing and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for visuals and design.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="2050" data-end="2127"> <p class="" data-start="2052" data-end="2127">Deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and analytics.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="2128" data-end="2221"> <p class="" data-start="2130" data-end="2221">Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="2222" data-end="2263"> <p class="" data-start="2224" data-end="2263">10-20 hours per week of availability.</p> </li> </ul> <p class="" data-start="2265" data-end="2341">For this role, the compensation is <strong data-start="2300" data-end="2313">$30–35/hr</strong>, depending on experience.</p>
