<p class="p3">At TubeScience, we create the best-performing video ads on the internet — content so good that viewers <em>choose</em> to watch it. We’re LA’s largest performance creative agency, and we’re looking for creators who can shoot scroll-stopping content.</p>
<p class="p3">Our 55,000 sq ft production facility in the Arts District has 25 sets — everything from white cycloramas to fully built kitchens and living rooms — plus an in-house team to help with casting, styling, and post-production.</p>
<p class="p3">Here’s the thing: you don’t need a background in advertising or marketing. If you can shoot great content on a phone or camera, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and are eager to learn the strategy side — we’ll teach you the rest. The analytical thinking, the data, the performance marketing — that’s what our team and environment are built to develop.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">💼 </span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<p class="p3">• Shoot up to 10 pieces of content a week across a variety of DTC brands, collaborating with a Creative Strategist or Creative Strategy Lead</p>
<p class="p3">• Create content across in the categories you know best — whether haircare, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, pet products, food & beverage, apps, and more</p>
<p class="p3">• Shoot and edit content on your phone — fast, scrappy iPhone content and B-roll</p>
<p class="p3">• Be on camera (UGC-style) and collaborate with others — friends, creators, and actors</p>
<p class="p3">• Use performance data to guide what you shoot next</p>

<p class="p3">• Experience creating video content for social media (portfolio required)</p>
<p class="p3">• On-camera experience or UGC background</p>
<p class="p3">• Ability to shoot high-quality video on an iPhone</p>
<p class="p3">• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools</p>
<p class="p3">• Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs</p>
<p class="p3">• Organized, communicative, and fast-moving</p>
