<p>This role is about bringing ideas to life quickly and authentically: from spotting the latest trends and turning them into simple, lo-fi pieces of content, to engaging directly with communities in a way that feels fresh, fun and true to the brand.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create and edit social-first content (short-form video, reels, posts) using tools like <strong>CapCut, Canva and native TikTok/IG features</strong>.</li>
<li>Stay on top of cultural and platform trends to turn them into quick, relevant content ideas.</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day community interactions: respond, engage and find opportunities to build brand love.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the wider team (strategy, design, creative) to make sure all content is aligned and impactful.</li>
<li>Keep an eye on performance and community feedback to help optimize future content.</li>

<li>A proactive, creative mindset, comfortable with fast turnarounds and lo-fi creation.</li>
