In this role, you will combine hands-on content creation with project management. You will be responsible for producing visual and text content, managing the publication calendar, and coordinating work with design teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand presence.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>1. Content Creation</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Production:</strong> Create, shoot, and edit visual content (Reels, Stories, and static posts) for different platforms.</li> <li><strong>Copywriting &amp; Scripting:</strong> Write engaging texts, captions, and video scripts aligned with the brand's tone of voice.</li> <li><strong>Trend Monitoring:</strong> Track digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to quickly adapt them into new content formats.</li> <li><strong>Testing Formats:</strong> Experiment with new ideas and visual styles to increase audience engagement.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>2. Project Management &amp; Operations</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Content Planning:</strong> Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely publishing across all channels.</li> <li><strong>Workflow Coordination:</strong> Turn marketing goals into clear project plans with specific deadlines and deliverables.</li> <li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with Managing Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to align social media efforts.</li> <li><strong>Resource Management:</strong> Organize and store media assets, managing the workflow from initial idea to final post.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>3.
