- Ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas tailored for a global audience.
- Experience with basic video editing tools is a plus.
- Background in marketing, communications, or a creative field.
- Knowledge of trends and audience behaviors in the content creation landscape.
- Experience working in or creating content for the staffing or recruitment industry is a bonus.
