Our client is a growing organization focused on scaling its digital presence through high-performing creative content across paid and organic channels. As the company continues investing in audience growth, performance marketing, and content production, they are seeking a Content Designer to create engaging visual and video assets that support brand awareness, social engagement, lead generation, and conversion goals. This role combines creative execution, content optimization, and AI-enabled workflows to help maximize the impact of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and quality.
Role Overview
The Content Designer will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and repurposing graphic and video content across paid advertising, social media, and digital marketing channels. The Content Designer will work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to develop creative assets that support campaign objectives, improve engagement, and drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys combining graphic design, video editing, content strategy, performance marketing, and AI-powered workflows to support digital growth initiatives.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Video Content Creation
Design short-form and long-form video assets for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create graphics for both performance marketing campaigns and organic social content.
Take a bank of assets and repurpose them into multiple formats and variations.
Utilize AI tools to optimize creative assets for engagement, reach, and conversion.
Performance Marketing Support
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
Optimize visuals and videos for CTR, engagement, and campaign KPIs.
Implement A/B testing for creative variations to improve performance.
Use AI-driven insights to iterate and enhance content performance across platforms.
Content Strategy & Execution
Brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with brand messaging with leadership input.
Support digital growth initiatives by producing content that fuels social media and paid campaigns.
Assist in scheduling, posting, and managing creative assets across channels.
Tools & Platforms
Create content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar design and editing tools.
Use Canva or Figma for design and content creation when appropriate.
Create content aligned with social media platform requirements for Meta Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
Use AI tools for content optimization, generation, and repurposing.
Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives.
Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and video footage for easy access.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, editing, and optimization.
Qualifications Experience
2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Experience producing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Experience creating short-form and long-form assets across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Experience supporting paid and organic marketing channels through creative asset development.
Experience using AI-enabled content creation workflows is a strong plus.
Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
Qualifications Skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of short-form and long-form assets.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar design and editing tools.
Experience working with Canva or Figma is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms’ creative requirements, including Meta Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong graphic design and video editing capabilities.
Ability to repurpose existing content into multiple formats and creative variations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain creative asset libraries.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills across marketing, growth, and content teams.
Ability to use AI tools for content optimization, generation, repurposing, and workflow efficiency.
