About the role
- Background in Communication, Information Science, Marketing, Content Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience (preferred) in digital content management, documentation, or editorial compliance/QA roles.
- Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS), metadata tagging, and publishing workflows.
- Ability to work with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
- Intermediate to advanced level of English (especially if working with bilingual or international content).
- Responsible for properly documenting and archiving every action performed by influencers (post, reel, story), ensuring traceability, legal compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of policies, standards, and processes related to content creation, management, and publishing within the organization.
- Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and strategic content objectives.
