To keep pace with our rapid growth, we're looking for a curious and structured <strong>Content &amp; Process Writer Intern</strong> to support our Content Writer in turning complex information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">What you'll do</span></span></strong></p> <p><strong>📘 </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Internal FAQ Creation</span></p> <ul> <li>Assist in writing, structuring, and maintaining internal knowledge base articles that support team workflows. Strong focus on implementing standardised templates throughout the entire Knowledge Base.</li> <li>Help prepare materials for weekly internal training sessions on new or updated processes and features.</li> </ul> <p><strong>🌍 </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">External FAQ Creation</span></p> <ul> <li>Support the creation and management of client-facing FAQ content and help center documentation. Strong focus on implementing standardised templates throughout the entire Knowledge Base.</li> <li>Translate complex product or technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content for clients.</li> <li>Help ensure external help content is well-structured and easy to navigate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>🤖 </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">AI Process Integration</span></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the translation of internal workflows into AI-ready process documentation.</li> <li>Help maintain content compatible with tools like Zendesk Co-Pilot and Forethought AI.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">What we're looking for:&nbsp;</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Must-haves:</span></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, Engineering or a related field.</li> <li>Please note that this is an <strong>operational internship</strong> focused entirely on <strong>hands-on content work</strong>. We are not able to accommodate thesis or research-based internship requirements.</li> <li>Exceptional written English with a knack for simplifying complex topics.</li> <li>Ready for a challenge.
