Content & Programming Lead

<p></p> <p><strong>About The Role</strong></p> <p>SuperAI is hiring a Content and Programming Lead to own everything related to speakers, programming, and on-stage content across SuperAI. You will define what SuperAI stands for intellectually. This role reports directly to the founders, who has high autonomy and real decision-making power to influence SuperAI's long-term branding and positioning.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Speakers</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the speaker strategy for SuperAI</li> <li>Identify and recruit the most relevant AI founders, researchers, builders, and operators globally</li> <li>Filter signal vs noise in inbound speaker applications</li> <li>Proactively source the leaders of tomorrow - rising stars</li> <li>Manage speaker relationships end-to-end</li> <li>Ensure every speaker and session has a clear reason to exist</li> </ul> <p><strong>Content and Programming</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define SuperAI’s annual content thesis and editorial direction</li> <li>Architect the full agenda (keynotes, panels, fireside chats, debates, demos, etc.)</li> <li>Craft sharp, opinionated session titles and formats</li> <li>Ruthlessly avoid generic, corporate, or “conference-slop” content</li> <li>Continuously raise the bar on quality, originality, and relevance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Understanding the AI Landscape</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stay deeply plugged into the AI ecosystem (X/Twitter, open-source, research, startups)</li> <li>Track real debates: open vs closed, east vs west, agents, infra, scaling, regulation, economics</li> <li>Identify rising stars, emerging voices and ideas before they hit the mainstream</li> <li>Position SuperAI ahead of where the conversation is going - not behind it</li> </ul> <p><strong>Background &amp; Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deeply interested in AI and use AI tools daily</li> <li>Active on X / Twitter and plugged into real AI discourse</li> <li>Comfortable forming strong opinions and defending them</li> <li>Intellectually curious, sharp, and allergic to fluff</li> <li>Confident reaching out cold and speaking directly to industry leading founders, researchers, and builders</li> <li>Experience at an AI startup, lab, or open-source project</li> <li>Background in research, engineering, or technical writing</li> <li>Experience curating content, communities, or media</li> <li>Previous founder or early-stage operator experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Start Date: As soon as possible</strong></p> <p><strong>Hybrid Work Arrangement - Welcome candidates in Hong Kong, Singapore, or other APAC countries.</strong></p> <p></p>
