Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Content Team Manager to lead and develop our content strategy, ensuring alignment with our brand’s vision and business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and distribution of compelling and engaging content across forex and broader financial markets, driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and positioning MultiBank Group as a thought leader in the global forex and financial industry

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s brand identity, marketing goals, and business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, writers, and designers.

• Oversee content creation across multiple platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email marketing, whitepapers, reports, and advertising campaigns.

• Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging, and optimized for SEO and conversion.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to create cohesive messaging that supports brand positioning and customer acquisition strategies.

• Analyze content performance using key metrics and data insights to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

• Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.

• Work closely with PR and media teams to amplify brand presence across various channels.

• Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all content initiatives.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital media, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.

• Strong editorial and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of brand positioning.

• Experience in financial services, Forex, CFD's, fintech, or related industries is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in SEO best practices, digital marketing trends, and content management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Experience working with creative teams, including designers, videographers, and copywriters.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
