As a Content Writer at Syarah, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling and engaging content across various platforms to attract and engage our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies, conduct research, and produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.

***This role is being offered as a short-term contract specifically to cover the responsibilities of an employee who is currently on maternity leave. The contract will remain in effect until the employee returns to work, ensuring a smooth continuation of operations and minimal disruption to the team’s workflow during her absence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling and original content for various channels, including but not limited to websites, blogs, articles, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Conduct thorough research to gather information and become knowledgeable about the assigned topics, ensuring accuracy and credibility in the content produced.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and align content strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Generate creative ideas and pitch content concepts that resonate with our target audience and contribute to the organization's brand identity.
• Write and edit engaging, error-free, and grammatically correct content that maintains consistent brand tone, style, and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance content quality and effectiveness.
• Proofread and edited content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines and editorial standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Using artificial intelligence tools such as (ChatGPT & BARD) to extract topics and ideas for creating content in a smart and fast way that contributes to the quality of content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Languages, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience working as a content writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and formats.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
• Experience in conducting research and translating complex information into engaging content.
• Ability to adapt writing style and tone to different audiences and platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• A passion for cars and the automotive industry.
