You will oversee all aspects of security management for programs requiring a SCIF and ensure adherence to applicable regulations such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Your expertise will enable the secure operation of cutting-edge space technologies critical to national defense and security.  RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Security Compliance:   <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with federal security regulations, including NISPOM, DoD directives, and ICD 705 standards for SCIF management.  </li> <li>Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and plans across programs.  </li> </ul> </li> <li>SCIF Operations:   <ul> <li>Manage the certification, accreditation, and physical security of True Anomaly’s SCIF facilities.  </li> <li>Coordinate inspections with oversight agencies, ensuring compliance with all directives.  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Personnel Security:   <ul> <li>Oversee personnel security clearance processes, including initial clearances, reinvestigations, and ongoing eligibility reviews.  </li> <li>Conduct security training and briefings for cleared employees.  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Incident Management:   <ul> <li>Investigate security violations and report incidents to the appropriate authorities.  </li> <li>Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent future breaches.  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaboration:   <ul> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between True Anomaly and government security representatives (e.g., DCSA, SSO).  </li> <li>Support proposal efforts by ensuring compliance with classified program requirements.  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Classified Program Support:   <ul> <li>Partner with program managers and engineers to implement security measures that enable mission success.  </li> <li>Stay informed of emerging security regulations and adapt company policies accordingly.  </li> </ul> </li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI US government security clearance with SAP eligibility strongly preferred.  </li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial security or related field, managing security programs for defense contractors.  </li> <li>Comprehensive understanding of NISPOM, ICD 705, and DoD security regulations.  </li> <li>Proven success in managing SCIF operations and classified contracts.  </li> <li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.  </li> <li>Active U.S. government security clearance at TS/SCI level or ability to obtain one.  </li> <li>U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work under ITAR regulations.  </li> </ul> PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE <ul> <li>Experience with some or all security functional areas including: industrial security, information security, personnel security, and physical security.  </li> <li>Experience working with DCSA, SSOs, or other government oversight bodies.  </li> <li>Familiarity with proposal preparation, pricing strategies, and defense acquisition processes.  </li> <li>Background in aerospace or defense technology.  </li> <li>Startup experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  </li> </ul> COMPENSATION <ul> <li>Base Salary: $120,000 - $165,000</li> <li>Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li> </ul> Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Work Location—This is a fully onsite role.
