<p data-path-to-node="2">We're looking for a <strong data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="20">Control Desk & Credit Analyst</strong> to join our Credit team and help us maintain the integrity of Clara’s credit decision-making processes. In this role, you'll ensure that every prospect meets our compliance standards, conduct in-depth financial analyses, and contribute to continuous process progress. You will act as a critical gatekeeper, balancing risk mitigation with the agility needed to support our B2B growth.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,0,0">Verify that all prospects comply with legal, cash flow, credit score, and risk assessment requirements.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,1,0">Manage onboarding processes, including KYC, KYB, AML checks, credit score validation, and credit origination.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="4,2,0">Analyze customer financial conditions and assess creditworthiness for B2B clients.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="4,3,0">Propose credit limits based on risk analysis and financial health.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="4,4,0">Review and challenge first-line credit risk models to ensure accuracy.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="4,5,0">Identify, propose, and implement process improvements using tools like <strong data-path-to-node="4,5,0" data-index-in-node="71">N8N</strong> or <strong data-path-to-node="4,5,0" data-index-in-node="78">Hubspot</strong> to streamline workflows.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="9,2,0">High analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven role-specific execution mindset.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="9,3,0">Demonstrated ability to perform both detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="9,4,0">Comfortable working under pressure and handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.</p>
