<p>Clearway<strong> </strong>Technology is a leading NSI Gold Accredited monitoring centre, dedicated to providing top-tier security services. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for dynamic individual to join us as Control Room Operative.&nbsp;</p> <p>No experience necessary: Clearway<strong> </strong>Technology are committed to providing the necessary training and support to help you excel in your role.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Working Hours: </strong>4 days on, 4 days off - 12-hour shifts&nbsp;comprising&nbsp;of both days and nights from 6 am to 6 pm and 6 pm to 6 am on a 4 on 4 off rotational basis. Overtime opportunities are also available.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> £29,302</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Goole, Yorkshire</p> <p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will play a crucial role in our&nbsp;state-of-the-art&nbsp;monitoring centre. You will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;monitoring and responding to security alarms and incidents, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and properties, along with answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Proactive Monitoring: Actively&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;incoming CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarms to ensure&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;appropriate responses.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Answering Incoming Phone Calls: Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Providing excellent customer service to clients.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Produce&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;reports as&nbsp;required. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good Customer Service Skills:&nbsp;Demonstrated&nbsp;ability to provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Computer Literacy: A solid working understanding of computers and the ability to navigate relevant software and systems.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Flexibility: Willingness and flexibility to work nights, days, and weekends as per the roster.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Security Clearance: Successful completion of a security clearance check is a mandatory requirement.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Education: GCSE or equivalent qualifications are preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to&nbsp;new technologies&nbsp;and security protocols. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Valid SIA Public Space Surveillance Licence (CCTV): A valid CCTV SIA licence is&nbsp;required&nbsp;for this role. Clearway Technology will fund the course and licence fees for successful candidates. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Be fluent in spoken and written English. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory references and pre-employment security screening checks to BS7858.</p>
