Senior Controls Integration Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Controls Department as we are actively recruiting for a Senior Controls Integration Specialist. This position reports to the Controls Integration Leader.

What we’re looking for

• Create, develop and integrate process and safety PLC programs using Studio5000 or Siemens TIA Portal
• Setup and troubleshoot machine communication protocols
• Design HMI graphics, system diagnostics, status and alarm messaging
• Integrate robots (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Nachi, Motoman, Panasonic etc.) for various process applications
• Configure and integrate vision systems
• Integrate servo and VFD systems
• Demonstrate proficiency across a variety of software platforms
• Train and mentor junior Integration Specialists

• 5+ years of experience with machine integration
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Maintains an excellent attitude in all situations
• Demonstrate a great work ethic and dedication
• Show genuine passion and enthusiasm for the job
• Working knowledge of MS Office

Wage Range: $38.00 - $43.00 / hour
