About the role

The Coordinator will play a central role in ensuring the smooth coordination of client services, staffing operations, scheduling, and documentation within the New City program. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating staff assignments, supporting onboarding and scheduling processes, monitoring documentation completion, communicating with families and providers, and helping ensure services are delivered consistently and effectively. The Coordinator will serve as a key operational support within the program and will work closely with leadership to identify gaps, resolve issues quickly, and maintain strong day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly responsive, organized, and able to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. This role requires strong follow-through, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
