This is a full-time, in-person position.<br><br>We are seeking a Copilot Studio Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent agent solutions that enhance how our teams work. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into AI-powered solutions while enabling broader adoption through training, tools, and best practices.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <p>Agent Design &amp; Development</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents from concept through production</li> <li>Build supporting components including Power Automate flows, Dataverse data structures, knowledge sources, and integrations</li> <li>Apply best practices in prompt design, topics, orchestration, and grounding</li> <li>Validate and monitor agent performance, accuracy, and adoption</li> </ul> <p>Enablement, Training &amp; Evangelism</p> <ul> <li>Train associates and citizen developers through workshops, office hours, and documentation</li> <li>Evangelize AI use cases and demonstrate value to non-technical users</li> <li>Serve as a coach for teams building their first agents</li> <li>Develop reusable templates, guides, and best-practice resources</li> </ul> <p>Business Partnership</p> <ul> <li>Partner with stakeholders to translate problems into agent solutions</li> <li>Advise when agent-based solutions are appropriate</li> <li>Ensure alignment with governance, security, and platform standards</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)</li> <li>1+ year of experience with Copilot Studio</li> <li>Experience designing conversational agents</li> <li>Experience translating business needs into solutions</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Fully in-office position</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with training or enablement programs</li> <li>Familiarity with AI Builder and Microsoft 365 Copilot</li> <li>Integration experience with APIs and connectors</li> <li>Power Platform certifications</li> <li>Portfolio of delivered solutions</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
