About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of solutions built using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Work with clients to identify use cases for copilots, conversational automation, and related Power Platform solutions
- Build and configure copilots, topics, actions, orchestration flows, and integrations with business systems
- Apply a strong understanding of Dataverse and model-driven app architecture when designing connected solutions
- Advise clients and colleagues on best practice for Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and associated solution design
- Act as Codec’s internal subject matter expert for Copilot Studio, helping to grow capability, standards, and delivery approach
- Support solution design where Azure services or wider Microsoft platform components are needed
- Contribute to workshops, estimates, documentation, pre-sales activity, and project delivery
- Design and deliver Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions in accordance with organisational information security policies, data protection requirements, and control expectations.
- Identify and address information security risks associated with conversational AI, data access, integrations, and automation flows as part of solution design and delivery.
- Produce and maintain solution documentation and design artefacts that support security governance, auditability, and compliance with requirements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Practical experience designing and building copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and model-driven apps
- Experience contributing to pre-sales, solution design, and technical leadership
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert within Codec for Copilot Studio solutions
- Experience working directly with clients to understand requirements and shape solutions
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Power Platform more broadly, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Pages
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and how they sit within the wider Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio or Power Platform solutions with Azure services or external systems
- Awareness of governance, security, and lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions
