About the role
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target new business opportunities through various prospecting methods.
- Product Expert: Become a product expert and industry expert.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Close Sales: Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business when the Customer Success manages the account.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Redo’s offerings.
- Travel: Engage in travel to meet with prospects and clients, providing a personal touch and fostering deeper connections.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance.
- Proficiency in selling methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Previous experience working with merchants or within a merchant ecosystem.
- Knowledge of ecommerce, B2B, and any other business ecosystems.
