• Assist students with mobility aids, helping them move safely around the school environment.
• Offer personal care assistance as required, while respecting student dignity and promoting independence.
• Adapt learning materials and resources to cater to individual student needs, ensuring accessibility.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to monitor and track student progress, ensuring tailored support for each student.
• Support students during breaks, transitions, and in extra-curricular activities as needed.
