You will craft compelling, inclusive narratives that connect with audiences on a deeper level, turning complex business challenges into clear, resonant creative solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with a Senior Art Director, strategists, and clients to shape the voice of global brands on a highly visible, <strong>social-first account</strong>. You will ensure every word drives meaningful impact, captures the fast-paced nature of social media, and reflects our Human First values.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Creative Vision:</strong>&nbsp;Lead the conceptualization and writing of integrated campaigns with a heavy emphasis on social-first execution, ensuring brand voice is consistent and compelling across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally:</strong>&nbsp;Partner with art directors, designers, and strategists to build cohesive creative platforms that solve client challenges and elevate the audience experience.</li> <li><strong>Master Platform-Native Formats:</strong>&nbsp;Craft engaging captions, video scripts, short-form copy, and socially optimized calls-to-action that align with the unique tone and content conventions of each social channel.</li> <li><strong>Present with Purpose:</strong>&nbsp;Articulate the strategic why behind your creative choices, confidently sharing ideas with internal teams and client partners to build trust and alignment.</li> <li><strong>Mentor and Guide:</strong>&nbsp;Provide constructive, actionable feedback to junior writers and creatives, fostering an environment where craft and conceptual thinking can thrive.</li> <li><strong>Champion Inclusivity:</strong>&nbsp;Ensure all copy and messaging is accessible, culturally resonant, and free of bias, reflecting a deep understanding of diverse audiences.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>An Empathetic Storyteller:</strong>&nbsp;You naturally center the human experience in your writing, finding the emotional core of a brief and translating it into work that moves people.</li> <li><strong>A Strategic Thinker:</strong>&nbsp;You do not just write clever headlines; you understand business objectives and craft messaging that drives measurable outcomes and brand growth.</li> <li><strong>A Socially Fluent Creator:</strong>&nbsp;You are deeply comfortable with social platforms, intuitively understanding how people consume content in their feeds and how to capture attention quickly.</li> <li><strong>An Adaptable Collaborator:</strong>&nbsp;You thrive in dynamic environments, remaining open to feedback and pivoting gracefully when project needs, platform trends, or client directions evolve.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Need</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>REQUIRED:</strong> Proven experience writing for social-first campaigns and a deep understanding of major social platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and X.</li> <li>A robust portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished copywriting across multiple platforms and formats, with a strong showcase of social media work.</li> <li>Proven experience leading creative projects from initial briefing through to final production and delivery.</li> <li>Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate creative rationale to stakeholders and clients.</li> <li>A deep understanding of how to adapt tone and voice for different brands, audiences, and digital channels.</li> <li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for mentoring emerging creative talent.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
