About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new joiners.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and manuals.
Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Track attendance, completion rates, and learning progress.
Submit daily/weekly training reports to the Training Team Leader.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure training needs are fulfilled.
Support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in training, customer service, or a related field.
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage both online and on-site training sessions.
Graduate degree required.
Male candidates preferred (per form).
Rotational working hours, hybrid work arrangement.
