【Position Overview】
As a core member of the Corporate Development Department, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting the Group's transformation agenda in close partnership with the cross functional teams. This is a hands-on, result-oriented role designed for someone who thinks clearly, communicates well across cultures and levels, and comes in with a genuine foundation in AI tools. You are here to learn how to translate high-level project goals into tangible outcomes, and to grow into doing that independently over time.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Support cross-border strategic initiatives from problem definition through final delivery, taking ownership of your workstream and learning to hold accountability for outcomes
- Work alongside stakeholders to set and track performance, flagging issues early and adapting as projects evolve
- Help bridge communication across our operating regions, and over time develop the confidence to surface inefficiencies and advocate for what the project needs
- Design and deploy automated workflows using available tools and platforms, learning to diagnose bottlenecks and translate business needs into working systems through API integrations and AI-assisted logic
- Document what you build and share it with the team so good workflows get replicated, not reinvented
What this role is not - This is not a passive support role. You are expected to take initiative, build real things, and grow into full ownership. The learning curve is real, and the expectation is that you move along it.

- Project Ownership: You don't just complete tasks, you take ownership of your workstream and care about the outcome. When resources are limited or the path is unclear, you find a way forward rather than waiting for direction.
- AI Readiness: You come in with a working foundation in LLMs and at least some exposure to workflow automation tools or no-code platforms. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you need to be self-directed enough to pick up new tools fast and start converting business logic into working configurations early.
- Communication Resilience: You communicate with consistency and follow-through. You are comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and can bring people across different cultures and functions into alignment, even without formal authority.
- Result-Oriented Mindset: You care about how things actually get done. You have a basic understanding of how systems and APIs connect, and a genuine drive to improve operations through digital means rather than just maintaining the status quo.
