At TransMarket Group, you will be called on to work with<br>teammates to eliminate inefficiencies and manage risk in the world’s financial markets. Our<br>Senior Traders benefit from the resources and scale that our group can provide with its strong<br>team and robust capital base to grow their effective trading strategy to the next level. The ideal<br>candidate will have proven success and discipline in their trading strategies, a niche expertise,<br>and excellent risk assessment and management.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Utilize expertise in relative value market fundamentals, quantitative modeling, and risk management in the corporate bond space</li> <li>Build and maintain quantitative model tools and analytics</li> <li>Manage real-time execution of trading systems</li> <li>Collaborate with Senior Traders and Junior Traders to contribute to learnings and strategies</li> <li>Mentor Junior Traders and promote their learning on the desk</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience trading Corporate Bonds and pertinent industry experience</li> <li>Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Financial Engineering, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or equivalent&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong counterparty relationships with the street</li> <li>Experience using ECN/ATS’s</li> <li>Demonstrated passion for financial markets, finance, and trading</li> <li>Deep understanding of finance, math, and statistics</li> <li>Attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure</li> <li>Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment</li> <li>A strategy that is currently and consistently profitable; we are open to all markets and asset classes, ranging from physical to electronic, in any part of the world</li> <li>This position requires physical presence and is on-site at our office in Chicago, IL.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We offer one of the most generous profit sharing programs in the industry because we believe our employees should be able to take part in our rapid growth and success.
