In this role, you’ll shape how Flix presents its corporate story to media and stakeholders by managing PR publishing, safeguarding the corporate brand identity, and developing high-quality corporate materials and content. Working closely with international teams, you’ll help build and optimize scalable PR processes, platforms, and standards—supporting consistent, AI-enabled communications across 40+ markets.</span></div> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive the execution, maintenance, and consistent application of the global corporate brand architecture and corporate publishing, in close alignment with the Team Lead Global PR &amp; Corporate Communications</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the development and continuous improvement of corporate PR materials, content, messaging, frameworks, and templates that define Flix’s global narrative</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Execute corporate publishing and newsroom, including writing and structuring corporate news for corporate website in close cooperation with PR managers and maintaining and developing overall corporate web content</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help manage and continuously improve the PR infrastructure (corporate website, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Enable global PR teams with practical tools and frameworks, continuously improving materials and workflows</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to AI-supported initiatives in PR by testing, implementing, and operationalizing practical use cases in collaboration with the AI working group and Corporate Affairs stakeholders</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">4–6 years of experience in corporate communications, corporate publishing, or B2B agency environments, ideally across multiple markets</span></div> </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written English skills, with strong drafting, editing, and structuring capabilities for global corporate audiences</span></div> </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience collaborating with cross-regional stakeholders and supporting international teams</span></div> </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience managing and structuring content across corporate platforms (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint, Confluence), ensuring corporate brand consistency</span></div> </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing and maintaining corporate templates, frameworks, guidelines, and communication toolkits</span></div> </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple streams and simplify complex information</span></div> </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and interest in leveraging AI to scale PR workflows and content creation</span></div> </li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
