To support our growth, we’re seeking a dynamic Senior Corporate Counsel.   Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be a key member of the legal team, providing strategic legal guidance and transactional support across the organization. This role focuses on managing supplier and member agreements, advising on compliance matters, and supporting group purchasing operations in a highly regulated industry. You will partner with internal business leaders to ensure sound and strategic advice to drive growth and operational excellence, while also managing relationships with external stakeholders. Liaise with outside counsel as needed.  This position offers broad exposure across all lines of business and the opportunity to influence critical initiatives in a fast-growing, well-resourced company. strong academic credentials required </li> <li>Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience & Skills <ul> <li>5+ years of legal experience, ideally at a large law firm; additional in-house experience a plus </li> <li>M&A experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex legal projects and competing priorities. </li> <li>Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial, procurement, and supply chain agreements </li> <li>Understanding of group purchasing operations preferred </li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
