About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate formation, maintenance, and governance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support corporate transactions, including financings, restructurings, and M&A projects.
- Maintain corporate records, filings, and compliance calendars.
- Draft, review, and update corporate documents, resolutions, consents, and organizational records.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate corporate legal matters and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Conduct legal research and assess corporate and commercial law requirements across different jurisdictions.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external counsel and legal consultants.
- Support legal risk assessment and contribute to the development of practical risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist with various corporate governance and compliance projects as the business continues to scale globally.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Law degree and 5–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably gained in an international law firm and/or in-house legal team.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, corporate law, and legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting corporate transactions and working with external counsel.
- Excellent project management, legal research, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Understanding of the technology industry and fast-growing international business environments.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and professional responsibility.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
