About the role
As part of our Contracting department, you’ll review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the company. If you're looking to deepen your legal skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment—we’d love to meet you.
Essential Functions of this Position:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including NDAs, master service agreements, statements of work, service agreements, and other commercial documents.
Collaborate with internal business units, including finance, operations, HR, and service teams, to ensure legal alignment with strategic objectives.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues, identify practical solutions, and provide strategic guidance that aligns with business objectives.
Explore and evaluate the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline the contract lifecycle, with a focus on improving efficiency in contract review, drafting, and risk analysis.
Assist in developing and maintaining legal templates, playbooks, and internal knowledge resources.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal processes, policies, and best practices.
Minimum Education & Work Experience:
- Law Degree required
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- 1+ Years of practicing corporate law
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational and writing skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to assess risk and mitigate the same in contractual language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to organize and maintain records and files.
Ability to work as a member of a team with collegiality and professionalism.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, contract management systems and AI tools.
