<p><span data-ccp-props="{}">Nebius is looking for a <span class="TextRun SCXW37743419 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW37743419 BCX0">Corporate Development Manager who will be responsible for driving Nebius’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role will proactively identify, evaluate, and execute high-potential M&A opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong deal-making background, preferably from private equity, investment banking, or corporate M&A, and will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory.</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW37743419 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span> </span></p>
