About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager with a strong background in treasury management, fund raising, banking relationships, and real estate finance. This role will be responsible for securing and managing funding sources, optimizing capital structure, overseeing treasury operations, managing lender and investor relationships, and supporting the company's acquisition and expansion strategy. Experience in raising debt and equity capital is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead all corporate finance and treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and funding partners.
- Source, negotiate, and secure project financing, corporate loans, and other funding facilities.
- Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives for real estate development and investment projects.
- Manage loan documentation, banking covenants, refinancing activities, and lender reporting requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal financing structures for acquisitions and development projects.
- Support M&A, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investment opportunities through financial due diligence and transaction analysis.
- Monitor capital markets and financing opportunities to support business growth.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards
- Manage audits, VAT filings, and coordination with external auditors
- Implement and improve financial controls, systems, and reporting procedures
- Track project profitability and financial performance across multiple real estate projects
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams on financial planning and reporting
- Support business growth through financial analysis and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA / ACCA / CMA qualification preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Fund Raising within the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully raising funds through banks, financial institutions, private investors, or investment funds.
- Strong network of banking and financial institution relationships is highly preferred.
- Experience in project finance, structured finance, debt financing, and capital raising is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing treasury functions, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, investments, and real estate transaction structuring.
- Candidates without direct fund-raising and treasury experience will not be considered.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Fluent in English
