You'll translate Skillz's short and long-range ambitions into concrete financial plans and hold the organization accountable to them.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">You'll own our planning calendar and stakeholder communications, drive monthly management reporting, partner with PeopleOps on headcount planning, and lead cost tracking and budgeting across the business. Bonus if you have investment banking or management consulting experience.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3257" data-local-id="b6aaced7-5cb5-4c34-bff6-fa31f001ae65">Extensive consolidation, headcount planning and cost modeling experience.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3261" data-local-id="fe8cc73c-685e-46a2-8e15-c1986ac6aecc">SQL experience or interest. Knowledge of how to retrieve data and information from Snowflake.
