About the role
Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial Support (Primary focus)
- Prepare corporate secretarial documents (e.g. board resolutions, members’ resolutions, AGM documents, change of directors/shareholders, etc.)
- Assist in incorporation, striking off, and corporate changes
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure proper filing and organisation of documents (electronic and physical, where applicable)
- Liaise with relevant parties (external and internal stakeholders) on corporate secretarial matters
Work Pass Administrative Support
- Prepare work pass application forms
- Assist in collating required documents for applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance
- Update and maintain work pass trackers and status reports
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions
Administrative & Operational Support
- Support internal coordination with Singapore team members
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in corporate secretarial, HR/admin, or similar administrative role
- Basic understanding of corporate secretarial practices or work pass processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and BizFile+
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
