Corporate Secretary

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking a senior Company Secretary professional with 15+ years of experience to support a large international financial institution on a long-term secondment engagement through to the end of 2026. This is a highly visible role working closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary on corporate governance, board and shareholder processes, regulatory compliance and legal entity management.
