The role ensures competitive, compliant, and profitable pricing across dealer and customer channels while supporting Aftersales growth, warranty programs, and market competitiveness.   </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>   <table> <tbody> <tr> <td width="138"> Key Responsibilities   </td> <td width="534"> Cost Management & Analysis <ul> <li>Analyze landed cost structures for OEM Spare Parts, including purchase price, freight, customs, duties, warehousing, and handling costs.</li> <li>Maintain accurate databases for spare parts in ERP systems.</li> <li>Identify cost variances, deviations, and margin risks and recommend corrective actions.</li> <li>Support cost recovery initiatives and continuous improvement in parts profitability.</li> </ul>   Pricing Strategy & Execution <ul> <li>Develop and maintain spare parts pricing in accordance with OEM pricing policies, regional guidelines, and local market requirements.</li> <li>Calculate dealer net prices, recommended retail prices (RRP), and customer pricing structures.</li> <li>Implement pricing changes related to cost updates, currency fluctuations, and OEM bulletins.</li> <li>Ensure pricing competitiveness while safeguarding target margins.</li> </ul>     OEM Compliance & Governance <ul> <li>Ensure full compliance with OEM pricing frameworks, audit requirements, and approval workflows.</li> <li>Manage pricing submissions, approvals, and documentation required by the OEM.</li> <li>Support internal and external audits related to cost and pricing governance.</li> <li>Ensure traceability and transparency of pricing decisions.</li> </ul>   Dealer & Market Support <ul> <li>Provide pricing support to dealer networks, sales, and Aftersales teams.</li> <li>Analyze dealer margin structures and recommend pricing adjustments when required.</li> <li>Support special pricing requests, campaigns, promotions, and volume programs.</li> <li>Address dealer pricing escalations and ensure alignment with OEM policies.</li> </ul>   Campaigns, Warranty & Special Programs <ul> <li>Support pricing for recalls, service campaigns, warranty parts, and goodwill programs.</li> <li>Coordinate cost and pricing impact assessments for new model launches and parts introductions.</li> <li>Ensure correct pricing of VOR, emergencies, and critical spare parts.</li> </ul>     Reporting & Performance Monitoring <ul> <li>Prepare regular reports on:</li> <ul> <li>Parts margin performance</li> <li>Cost movements and price changes</li> <li>Dealer margin analysis</li> </ul> <li>Monitor pricing KPIs and identify risks affecting profitability or compliance.</li> <li>Support management with data‑driven insights and recommendations.</li> </ul>   Cross‑Functional Coordination <ul> <li>Work closely with Aftersales, Parts Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT teams.</li> <li>Support system enhancements related to pricing and cost management (ERP/WMS).</li> <li>Participate in regional and OEM pricing reviews and initiatives.</li> </ul>   </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>   <table> <tbody> <tr> <td width="138"> Skills </td> <td width="534"> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and financial modeling skills</li> <li>High attention to detail and data accuracy</li> <li>Advanced Excel and reporting skills</li> <li>Knowledge of automotive spare parts business and aftermarket dynamics</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and pricing governance frameworks</li> <li>Commercial mindset with strong compliance awareness</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>   <table> <tbody> <tr> <td width="138"> Minimum Qualifications   </td> <td width="534"> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in cost, pricing, or financial analysis, preferably within automotive OEM spare parts or aftersales operations.</li> <li>Strong understanding of OEM pricing structures, dealer margins, and parts lifecycle.</li> <li>Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><div class="content-conclusion"><div> Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive <a href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
