We are currently seeking a&nbsp;<strong>full‑time Inpatient Counselor</strong> to join our dedicated clinical team.</p> <p>If you're passionate about helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and thrive, we encourage you to&nbsp;<strong>apply</strong>.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Tuesday–Saturday 8:00am – 4:00pm</li> <li>OR</li> <li>Sunday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm</li> </ul> <hr> <p>The Counselor plays a key role in delivering <strong>individual therapy</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>group therapy</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>process groups</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>family therapy</strong>&nbsp;within our outpatient program. This position also supports daily clinical operations, intake processes, and documentation requirements to ensure the highest level of client care.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Support daily clinical operations, including assessments, utilization review, and therapeutic services.</li> <li>Provide&nbsp;<strong>individual counseling</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>group therapy</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>family therapy</strong> to clients engaged in inpatient treatment.</li> <li>Complete insurance and utilization reviews as needed.</li> <li>Attend shift‑change meetings, supervision, and required company meetings.</li> <li>Maintain a caseload and ensure all client documentation is accurate and timely.</li> <li>Assist the Program Director with program coverage and service needs.</li> <li>Perform clerical duties related to maintaining compliant and organized client files.</li> <li>Actively listen to clients and support them in all aspects of their treatment.</li> <li>Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention when appropriate.</li> <li>Complete all required trainings and maintain mandatory continuing education hours.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What Our Team Is Saying</strong></h2> <blockquote> <p><em>“I am Pyramid Proud because I love watching the light come on in someone's eyes.
