Counterintelligence Specialist: Support to Offensive CI Operations/Passage Material (PaM) Coordinator

Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities. Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.</li> <li>DoDI S-5240.09 requires Combatant Commanders to identify requirements that may be satisfied through Offensive CI operations (OFCO). Combatant Commanders are further required to identify, nominate, and process passage material (PaM) that supports CCMD goals, plans, and objectives.</li> <li>J2X requires a full-time CI officer dedicated to support Offensive CI operations through the coordination of PaM with USINDOPACOM Joint Directorates and Service Components. Assigned personnel will provide input to the CCMD’s CI operational requirements and support the PaM process to facilitate CI operations.</li> <li>Responsible for PaM processing required for approving, disapproving, or conditionally approving the passage of PaM and documenting this decision within the CCMD.</li> <li>Serves as a CCMD focal point for coordination of nominated material and will ensure compliance with the processing requirements defined in DoDI S-5240.09.</li> <li>Develops identify and/or work with CCMD staff to develop PaM, which supports USINDOPACOM requirements.</li> <li>Coordinates and deconflict PaM with other CCMDs, component commands, sub-unified commands, and service sub-component on a daily basis to attain operational feedback and validation of requirements.</li> <li>Serves as an advisor for the command on all Offensive CI Operations passage material matters to include training, intelligence oversight, coordination, and document review.</li> <li>Answer ad-hoc tasking in reference to passage material from USINDOPACOM CCICA andJ2X.</li> <li>Archive passage material into SAP</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Qualifications:</u></span></h3> <ul> <li>Possess basic CI agent training or law enforcement equivalent as well as training and/or experience in the conduct of Offensive CI Operations.</li> <li>Must be able to be cleared for access to a Special Access Program.</li> <li>8+ years of relevant experience as a CI agent or equivalent&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Desired Qualifications:</span></span></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Security Clearance:</u></span></h3> <ul> <li>TS/SCI with CI Polygraph</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em>Core One is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer.
