<p data-start="849" data-end="1169">At Myprotein, being a <strong data-start="871" data-end="890">Country Manager</strong> means leading one of the world’s largest online sports nutrition brands within a fast-paced, innovative ecommerce ecosystem. You will own and drive the overall strategy and performance for the Danish market, with full accountability for trading, growth, and brand presence.</p>
<p data-start="1171" data-end="1473">Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape the market strategy, leverage advanced tools and insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class results. This role offers strong ownership, visibility, and clear progression opportunities within a global, high-growth business.</p>
<h3 data-section-id="733ox1" data-start="1480" data-end="1519"><strong data-start="1484" data-end="1519">As a Country Manager, you will:</strong></h3>
<ul data-start="1521" data-end="3126">
<li data-section-id="mblq43" data-start="1521" data-end="1643">Take full ownership of the Myprotein Denmark ecommerce business, including P&L, sales performance, and strategic growth</li>
<li data-section-id="1haa6z1" data-start="1644" data-end="1726">Define and execute the ecommerce and trading strategy for the Danish market</li>
<li data-section-id="trcidf" data-start="1727" data-end="1860">Monitor and optimise key site metrics including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, and Traffic (new vs returning)</li>
<li data-section-id="lpriso" data-start="1861" data-end="1990">Use analytics and in-house reporting tools to understand customer behaviour, optimise the user journey, and drive performance</li>
<li data-section-id="269p74" data-start="1991" data-end="2120">Lead and implement the influencer and affiliate marketing strategy for Denmark, including ownership and expansion of the influencer and affiliate database</li>
<li data-section-id="62mmgk" data-start="2121" data-end="2214">Drive brand awareness through localised campaigns, partnerships, and creative initiatives</li>
<li data-section-id="1h4935n" data-start="2215" data-end="2357">Collaborate with central digital marketing teams to identify new opportunities to grow traffic and improve performance across all channels</li>
<li data-section-id="3v9ra0" data-start="2358" data-end="2454">Identify and execute innovative strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones</li>
<li data-section-id="k2wpte" data-start="2455" data-end="2565">Oversee pricing, promotions, and commercial planning to ensure profitability and achievement of GP targets</li>
<li data-section-id="rdv8ad" data-start="2566" data-end="2669">Own CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing initiatives to grow and engage the Danish customer base</li>
<li data-section-id="b4ka4t" data-start="2670" data-end="2761">Align monthly and quarterly commercial targets with trading plans and campaign activity</li>
<li data-section-id="swtjpk" data-start="2762" data-end="2893">Ensure best-in-class website merchandising, including optimisation of banners, landing pages, category pages, and product pages</li>
<li data-section-id="zdcva" data-start="2894" data-end="3018">Work cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to deliver a high-quality, localised customer experience</li>
<li data-section-id="1jft67g" data-start="3019" data-end="3126">Identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve brand positioning and market share in Denmark</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-section-id="1ehifnp" data-start="3133" data-end="3192"><strong data-start="3137" data-end="3192">What skills and experience do I need for this role?</strong></h3>
<ul data-start="3194" data-end="3849">
<li data-section-id="1vy0w0g" data-start="3194" data-end="3247">Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken)</li>
<li data-section-id="v9iyxk" data-start="3248" data-end="3362">Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online trading—ideally with ownership of a market or P&L</li>
<li data-section-id="2v9lm6" data-start="3363" data-end="3461">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action</li>
<li data-section-id="1pdm2mg" data-start="3462" data-end="3549">Commercial mindset with experience managing pricing, promotions, and revenue growth</li>
<li data-section-id="aa29e1" data-start="3550" data-end="3611">Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li data-section-id="y6d5gk" data-start="3612" data-end="3701">Highly results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li data-section-id="1142rxh" data-start="3702" data-end="3777">Experience with influencer marketing and CRM strategies is advantageous</li>
<li data-section-id="134swr1" data-start="3778" data-end="3849">Knowledge of the nutrition, fitness, or wellness industry is a plus</li>
