About the role:

We’re looking for a Country Manager- Estonia who knows the market inside out, from market specifics and consumer behavior to affiliates, SEO, media, and product trends. You’ll own the growth strategy for Estonia across current and future brands, and work with global teams to tailor campaigns, partnerships, and products to local needs. You’ll be the face of the brand in Estonia and the key driver of market revenue.

What you'll do:

  • Creating a strategy to increase marketing efforts in Estonia

  • Working in close collaboration with acquisition departments operating in Estonia

  • Providing guidance on local legislation and ensuring compliance of marketing activities targeted at Estonian customers

  • Providing insights and creating strategic benchmarks for the Estonian marke

  • Overseeing budget and revenues and taking

  • Full ownership of the P&L for the Estonian market

  • In close collaboration with the CMO, developing an ambitious growth strategy

  • Helping define the needs and strategy targeted toward Estonian customers

  • Creating detailed reports on activities and presenting conclusions to the CMO

What we expect from you:

  • In-depth knowledge and proven experience of the Estonian iGaming market

  • Native Estonian speaker or deep understanding of Estonian legal documentation and industry-specific jargon

  • Sportsbook experience is an advantage

  • Previous experience as a Country Manager or Head of Marketing (SEO / Affiliation / Acquisition)

  • Highly organized and analytical mindset

  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative concepts

  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of competitors in the Estonian market
