As the Country Manager for the Netherlands you will:</p> <ul> <li>Become our face in the Dutch Market - by taking part in public interviews and convincing thought leaders on our behalf</li> <li>Be in charge of building high quality and high impact relationships: press, influencers, affiliates, growth partners, public authorities, or any ad hoc local needs</li> <li>Identify and introduce relevant local partners to contribute to user acquisition and engagement in the Netherlands through multi-channel growth campaigns in cooperation with our central teams</li> <li>Identify and funnel back the local product needs to the rest of the company and ensure the cultural and linguistic relevance of our overall growth set up</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<br></strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have 5+ years of commercial or development experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up / scale-up, private or investment banking, strategy consulting, M&amp;A)</li> <li>You are an outstanding communicator with a taste for Social Media and prior experience with the Dutch press and public affairs management.</li> <li>You are passionate about banking or investment topics and have a deep understanding of the Dutch retail investing market and the relevant regulations</li> <li>You are hands-on, relentless, set ambitious goals, handle high workloads and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously to create the best outcome possible</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW</strong></h3> <p><br>Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
