You’re in.</p></div><p>We’re strengthening our presence across <strong>Sweden</strong>&nbsp;and seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Country Manager</strong>&nbsp;with proven&nbsp;<strong>iGaming or Betting</strong> experience to drive our growth strategy in these dynamic markets.</p> <p>📍 Location: Remote</p> <p>💼 Full-time: iGaming Industry</p> <p>🌍 Market: Sweden</p> <p>🗣 Languages: Native Swedish speaker, fluent in English</p> <p>What you’ll do</p> <ul> <li>Own full P&amp;L responsibility and define a clear growth roadmap for Sweden.</li> <li>Build and lead a local team and agency network across marketing, CRM, affiliates, and partnerships.</li> <li>Adapt global brand, product, and acquisition strategies to local market dynamics and player behaviour.</li> <li>Establish and nurture high-value relationships with key affiliates, media partners, and payment providers to maximize growth potential.</li> <li>Orchestrate large-scale campaigns and sponsorships that build brand authority and player loyalty.</li> <li>Drive data-driven decision-making through performance KPIs: NGR, FTDs, LTV/CAC, retention, and reactivation metrics.</li> <li>Act as the voice of the market internally, providing insights and opportunities directly to senior leadership.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What we’re looking for</p> <ul> <li>2+ years in&nbsp;<strong>iGaming or betting.&nbsp;</strong>Preferably on the operator side.</li> <li>1+ year in a Country Manager position in iGaming</li> <li>Strong commercial mindset: proven record of scaling revenues and building profitable growth strategies.</li> <li>Deep understanding of Swedish player profiles, competitive landscape, and marketing channels.</li> <li>Native Swedish speaker, fluent in English outstanding stakeholder management and leadership skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Reshape marketing
