<p>We’re looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Courier Operations Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the Courier Function of Bolt Food Cyprus. This is a highly strategic and execution-heavy role where you will manage the performance of our courier network, scale operations to new cities, and build a lean, high-performing team that delivers operational excellence on the ground. You’ll work closely with the Country Manager and various local and global stakeholders to shape the future of Bolt Food’s last-mile logistics in Cyprus.</p>

<p data-start="1214" data-end="1798">You will be the owner of courier operations end-to-end — from process design to team development, execution, and performance management. You’ll start by managing a highly technical Courier Operations Specialist and gradually expand the team by identifying skill gaps and hiring accordingly. We’re seeking someone who can seamlessly switch between deep analytical problem-solving and on-the-ground leadership. You must be comfortable speaking with couriers, analysing their performance data, and building robust supply models to improve efficiency and earnings.</p>
<p data-start="1800" data-end="1959">Expected travel to key operational zones in Cyprus will be required — you should be excited to spend time with couriers in the field, not just behind a laptop.</p>

<li data-start="2007" data-end="2088"><point>Monitor and enhance key delivery metrics to improve efficiency and ensure an excellent experience for users, couriers, and partners (restaurants & groceries).</point></li>
<li data-start="2007" data-end="2088"><point>Identify operational blockers such as supply forecasting and solve them by leading from the front — be ready to roll up your sleeves and work hands-on.</point></li>
<li data-start="2007" data-end="2088"><point>Develop operational and financial models focused on optimising each component of the delivery process.</point></li>
<li data-start="2007" data-end="2088"><point>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance courier operation-related goals.</point></li>

<li data-start="2690" data-end="2780"><point>You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.</point></li>
<li data-start="2690" data-end="2780"><point>You have 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, commercial, last-mile delivery, logistics, consultancy, or analytics.</point></li>
<li data-start="2690" data-end="2780"><point>You are an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems (advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required; Looker/PowerBI/Tableau are a plus).</point></li>
<li data-start="2690" data-end="2780"><point>You are an owner who proactively seeks to improve processes and handle business challenges.</point></li>
<li data-start="2690" data-end="2780"><point>You have strong team leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and overall communication skills.</point></li>
<li data-start="2690" data-end="2780"><point>You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.</point></li>
