Overview
Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Craftsman to join our team in Evansville, Indiana. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality home repair and maintenance services while providing excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall, minor electrical, and plumbing work
- Evaluate project needs and provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding project progress
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, respecting client homes and property
- Track project time, materials, and invoices using company systems
- Follow all safety procedures and local building codes
- Use personal tools and work truck to transport materials and equipment
Requirements
Must Have:
- 3+ years of successful experience as a Carpenter or Craftsman
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
- Own a standard set of tools
- Own a work truck
Nice to Have:
- Estimation skills
- Prior home inspection experience
