WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS 

This role will be part of Greenpark’s Inhouse Creative Team, working directly with Greenpark’s creatives and client/s from briefing to asset creation and delivery. 

 

 

THE CREATIVE LEAD ROLE 

A creative lead supports the development and execution of impactful creative assets and guide projects from concept to completion. 

  

They collaborate with copywriters, art directors to translate client objectives into compelling visual and written communication. 

  

Balancing creative vision with strategic goals, they provide direction, ensure brand consistency, and help maintain the agency’s creative standards while delivering work that resonates with target audiences. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Creative Leadership & Team Management 

  • Lead and manage the creative team as Group Head, covering art direction, visual strategy, and creative guidance 
  • Strengthen creative briefs through research, insights gathering, and trend exploration 
  • Interpret brand and client needs, turning them into strong concepts and executable creative ideas. 
  • Develop storyboards and propose fresh, exciting concepts to meet client briefs; clearly communicate finalized ideas to the wider team. 

 

Creative Development & Production 

  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, art/creative directors, social media managers, and the production/post-production teams 
  • Develop graphic designs, including layouts, illustrations, digital imaging/retouching, video editing, when needed. 
  • Lead and coordinate with the post-production team to deliver high-quality motion graphics and animation. 
  • Ensure all creative output is accurate, brand-compliant, and submitted within deadlines. 

 

Innovation & Quality 

  • Champion creative excellence and continuously inspire the team by sharing emerging trends and best practices 
  • Uphold brand guidelines and maintain consistency and quality across all creative work
